Only financial members are permitted to vote and nominate for election as Directors.
The Board of ALABC is seeking to fill up to 5 directorship position. Directorships have a tenure of two years at which time they may stand for re-election. Four directors are required to stand for re-election this year, but one board position has become available due to the resignation of Mr. Andrew Phillips.

The Board Election will be held at the next AGM, on Wednesday, 25 May 2022, 5:30 PM, whereby the members will elect the nominees they wish to represent them on the Board
