    Host: Liliana Harris, Partner, Forvis Mazars in Australia

    Liliana’s years of experience as an Accountant in Australia, combined with her legal background and around eight years working as a commercial lawyer in Peru, allow her to work with businesses of all sizes, identify opportunities, provide solutions and offer advice with a multidisciplinary approach.
    Liliana advises clients on the most appropriate business structure based on their personal circumstances. She has also successfully dealt with the Australian Taxation Office during Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and GST reviews, as well as with the State Revenue Office on behalf of her clients in respect of Land Tax investigations. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

    Sofía Orbegozo, Partner, Forvis Mazars in Chile

    Sofía holds a degree in Economics from the National University of La Plata in Argentina and a Master’s in Finance. She specializes in Transfer Pricing, focusing on advising multinational companies and large national groups or holdings. Her experience includes financial planning, restructuring, and valuation projects in Chile and Argentina, as well as coordinating and participating in regional projects involving up to 10 countries. She has been involved in numerous planning and restructuring projects requiring economic and financial analysis, in collaboration with other transfer pricing and tax practices. Currently, she leads the Tax & Legal department at Forvis Mazars Chile and oversees Transfer Pricing services at a Latam level.


    Lauren Hill, Partner, Forvis Mazars in Australia

    Lauren Hill is a Partner at Forvis Mazars in Australia, bringing over a decade of experience in Australian and international tax. She advises public and private businesses across industries such as technology, pharmaceuticals, mining, and logistics. Lauren specialises in transfer pricing, BEPS and SGE compliance, country-by-country reporting, income tax, and issues arising from business expansion into new markets. She also provides transaction advisory and tax effect accounting services, frequently presenting at industry events for the Tax Institute of Australia.
